L’Arche Greater Vancouver invites you to join us in celebrating the life and honouring the legacy of Jean Vanier. Jean, who passed away on May 7, 2019, was a Canadian social visionary and passionate advocate for people with developmental disabilities. As the founder of the L’Arche movement and co-founder of Faith and Light, he became a prominent voice for vulnerable and marginalized people around the world.

Since Jean’s message of hope and peace went far beyond these organizations, L’Arche Greater Vancouver invites everyone who has been touched by his extraordinary life to attend this public celebration.
