Centering Harp Music Meditations

Start your week with the calming sounds of the celtic harp and heart warming songs in a shared field of meditation. The hour starts with a group check-in and guided centring meditation. We close with an energizing practice.
Eily draws on her experience as a long-time Buddhist meditator. She improvises with her 36 - string celtic harp and voice, and adds rhythmic looping and nature sounds.

To prepare for the call please:
1. Be available for the full hour
2. Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lay down
3. Use a pair of headphones or earbuds to increase sound quality
4. Put your phone on silent/airplane mode
