The Sacred Bliss Sanctuary presents: A 60 minute relaxing. restorative yoga THERAPY session with Reiki and Cathedral Music (including chimes and voice activation).

Enter into this divine space, lit up with candles and cathedral music. Let this space hold you in a cocoon of healing warm light as you lay down your blankets and pillows to nourish your inner child with a guided meditation of yoga therapy & beautiful music with Reiki.

On this quiet evening we will lean into the Cosmos once again in the candlelight... relaxing in this sacred, safe and comforting space of the Unitarians church as we ignite the power within us to hold the inner child.

I invite you to bring all your cozies (you may even arrive in your pyjamas to be extra comfortable).

Our intention is to call upon the High Priestess; her grace and willingness to share with us about the secrets of the Universe is so special when we are willing to show up and listen to her. She lives within us all and is the gatekeeper to the subconscious mind where we lock away gems of revelation.

You will be guided deep into a Theta state to not talk or theorize or analyze... but to EXPERIENCE this healing within, through this 75 minute healing session.

Our next gathering is Jan. 26 from 6:30pm - 7:30 pm. Again please remember to bring all your props:

• 2 blankets
• 2 pillows
• water
• and a yoga mat.

These yoga therapy classes are very integrated with God, the Universe, other dietes and are all-encompassing of the divine love this energy provides when we are open and willing to be held.

Ananda Cait holds space divinely guided yoga therapy sessions … these healing sessions include all forms of faith and they attract people that are looking for a deeper connection to this universal infinitely abundant healing…

These classes are for those who choose to receive the light and heal deep seeded trauma with the inner-child...

This is a 60 minute restorative yoga session with reiki and cathedral music (including chimes) and we will end with meditation. The intention with this offering will be for the integration of compassion from Goddess Kwan Yin.

Each class is only $15.00.

This is a quiet, sacred space to restore, heal, relax, connect and align back into your heart chakra. Ananda will guide you home into the heart once again by speaking to your inner-child & subconscious mind. This will relax your mind and you will fall deep into a theta meditation where you will be able to release deeply held subconscious trauma & stress.

Our subconscious mind is the gateway to heal our inner-child. He/She is waiting to hear from you... to feel your love and comfort. I hope you have taken more steps in this direction since our last gathering in the candlelight.

These gatherings are so special and close to my heart as we continue to heal our hearts, our past trauma. Let us not analyze the past, but simply tend to our emotions as they are. This is the beauty of healing through reiki and restorative yoga. We do not need to fix anything... we simply need to show up.

Come in quietly, set up your mat facing the stage and place one blanket over your yoga mat to soften the floor below you. Place one blanket on top of you and come into a laying down position before we begin for pre-meditation.

About the location::

I’m very excited to announce that I am opening up my own yoga therapy sanctuary here in Kelowna at Kelowna Unitarians Church. This space has supported me and my dreams of amplifying our community ever since I moved here.

It’s a very special space that holds a higher frequency. Kelowna Unitarians is a space for absolutely everyone. A safe space in times of darkness as well as a space for celebration.

There is a large amethyst rock under the church in a grid line that connects us to the crown chakra. You have to experience the space to know what many of us have already experienced here.
