Description

This is a one-day professional learning opportunity for principals, vice-principals and superintendents etc. new to adult and continuing education in Ontario (i.e. three years or less in their current position).

November 7th from 8:00 am to 3 pm (breakfast and lunch included).

The Ministry of Education is providing funding to cover the PARTIAL cost of accomodation and travel, and meals at ministry rates, for up to 2 participants per board. Expense claim forms are available on the CESBA event page. Please check the details before registering.

Accommodation will be available at the Toronto Hilton Doubletree, 108 Chestnut St. Rooms must be booked by October 23, 2018 to receive the per night rate of $199 plus tax. Please refer to the CESBA event page for booking details.

If your school board office is more than 100 km away, the cost of accommodation on October 6th is partially covered. If your school board office is less than 100 km away, there is no funding available for accomodation.

  • Parking at Chestnut (cash only): Day use (9 am - 7 pm) $12.00, Overnight $23.00.
  • Via and GoTrain: Union Station
