6:00-6:15 pm: SIGN in
6:15 pm: Race debrief
6:30 pm: Race start
7:45 pm: Race finish, results and PODIUM

We use the standard CCA (Canadian Cycling Association) competition categories, age as of Dec 31 the current year.

Masters Women Catagories ages 30+

Masters Women (MW) 1 = Experienced (has competed in a Time Trial before)
Masters Women (MW) 2 = Novice/beginner
Senior Women (19-29yrs)

Peewee U13 Girl ( 11-12yrs : 2003-2004 )
Minime = U15 Girl ( 13-14yrs : 2001-2002 )
Cadet = U17 Girl (15-16yrs : 1999-2000 )
Junior = Under 19
