About this Event

Join Lisa Taylor in an exclusive opportunity to hear how organizations around the world are shaping the Future of Work – and how Canada stacks up.

Bonus! All participants will receive a signed edition of Lisa's latest book:

The Talent Revolution - Longevity and the Future of Work

Join us at the table for a hot breakfast and hotter conversation!

What to expect:

  • Participate in a frank discussion about what’s missing in most Canadian Future of Work conversations and strategies
  • Be immersed in a creative conversation that busts commonly-held myths and activates you as a talent revolutionary
  • Watch your ideas, conversations and shared vision come to life through visual narration - all participants will receive a copy of the final art product to share with their teams

Breakfast:

A hot buffet breakfast will be provided by George Restaurant, the exclusive provider to Verity. Meal alternatives will be provided for those with dietary restrictions.

FAQs

Agenda?

Breakfast will be served at 7:30. Once we're all settled, the discussions will commence. We'll end promptly at 10AM to respect everyone's schedule, with an option to stay and talk afterwards for those with flexibility in their calendars.

Dress code?

The dress code is business casual. Being that this event takes place on a weekday, we anticipate that many will attend the event at the beginning of their workday, so dress for the next event in your day and you’ll fit right in.

Do I need to take notes?

Participants are not required to take notes, but previous attendees have suggested bringing some form of note-taking book or device to capture those AHA moments.

What is visual narration, anyway?

Two expert visual artists will be capturing the journey of our conversations, ideas and visions of the future through a visual story. The final product will shared with all participants.

Are seats really limited?

Yes. A small, intimate group will allow us to have truly engaging conversations in this short period of time.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please email events@challengefactory.ca to ensure we can provide the appropriate breakfast alternatives.

What are the transportation and parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available in front of the building, on the side street and in nearby Green P parking lots. Verity can also be easily accessed from the TTC, with Queen being the closest subway station.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, but no need to print. Showing us your ticket on a mobile device will do just fine.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds; however, we understand that things happen. If you're unable to attend the event, please contact us and we can transfer your ticket to the next Executive Breakfast or to another member of your team.

I have more questions, who do I contact?

Please email events@challengefactory.ca with any questions.
