About this Event

We are so excited to invite CLC Members and their guests. In CLC Phase 2, the following should not attend: 9 years old and under, 70 years and older, pregnant women and those with existing health risk conditions.

Kindly reserve your seats now (max capacity is 20 household). Please wear your own mask. Families in the same household will be seated together. Practice Physical Distancing keeping 2 metres apart. Avoid hugs and handshakes. Sanitizing stations are available. Your safety is our priority.

What to expect

You will receive another email by Friday preceding the Onsite Sunday Celebration. This will include a Self-Assessment link with the following questions. If you answer "YES" to any of the following, please refrain from attending Onsite Celebration at this time.

• Do you have a new or worsening cough, difficulty breathing, or a fever or feeling feverish?

• Have you or someone in your household had close contact with anyone within 2 metres who has COVID-19?

• Are you awaiting test results for COVID-19?

• Have you travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?

• Have you been in contact with someone who is sick and who has travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?

• If you think you need to be tested you can take the Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 self-assessment.

What to do on Sunday afternoon just before arriving at the Centre

1. Please fill up the Self Assessment link (on your device)on Sunday morning. Do not fill it up before Sunday so that you have an accurate health assessment.

2. Check in using Church Centre app (on your device) to generate a barcode.

3. Wear your mask.

These steps will expedite our screening process and minimize wait times.
