This one day workshop will explore your personal resiliency, understand what effects that emotional energy balance as you deal with change. We will then explore opportunities to recharge your resilience and appreciate, experience and participate in mindfulness practice during the afternoon
- Understand personal resilience levels and the effect of change on those levels
- Appreciate how to recharge, refresh and reinvigorate yourself
- Learn, practice and reflect upon mindfulness techniques
Attendees will participate in thought provoking conversations, share personal insight and perform some light physical activity. Dress comfortably for the day. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
