Changemakers’ Night Out Volume III: Meshworking the Networks
Friday, 18 October 2013 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PDT)
Vancouver is home to a great many business and social networks, many of them dedicated to promoting collaboration among like-minded people and businesses to create positive change.
Imagine what new forces could be unleashed by bringing these networks together for just one evening, forming a powerful meshwork of friends and allies working together to build a better world. Add food, drink and entertainment into the mix, and you’ve got a recipe for one fantastic evening with lasting impact.
Changemakers Vancouver is partnering with Living the New Economy Vancouver 2013 (October 15-20) to host and animate this third volume of its popular Changemakers' Night Out series to take a different approach to the traditional networking event. Designed to favour connections across networks, this goal of this event is to create a three-dimensional "meshwork" of personal connections.
Imagine what it would be like if every Vancouverite striving for positive tranformation of our economy were no more than 2 degrees of separation for everyone else. Better yet - come out on October 18th and experience it for yourself!
Bring a friend - this could get meshy.
Changemakers’ Night Out Volume III: Meshworking the Networks is part of Living the New Economy (October 15-20), a 6-day confluence of events, people and ideas to connect the dots, meld minds, build bridges and cross disciplines in order to accelerate the transition to a new economy in which people and the planet come first.

Changemakers Vancouver is a network of people who want to learn, share, and act so to make the world a better place. We believe in connection, collaboration, and creativity. Changemakers strives to create a niche between non-profit, for profit and government organisations. Our mission is to grow both an online and offline permaculture of ideas, expression, and action around social change.
