Event description

Description

Were you previously a patient in intensive care? Are you a caregiver to someone who has been in intensive care?

We want to hear from you!

Patients and caregivers are welcome to attend a session on how we can improve care in the intensive care unit (ICU). You will also be introduced to a research model being developed by the Canadian Adaptive Platform Trial in Intensive Care (CAPTIC) team, which aims to engage patients, accelerate knowledge generation and merge clinical research with quality improvement.

The event will also have a research component with the aim of understanding patients and families' views on critical care research.

As a previous ICU patient, or a caregiver to one, we want to hear from you!

Light refreshments will be served.
