Event description

Description

The Assistant Deputy Ministers Operations Committee (ADMOC) are partnering with the Provincial Inter-ministerial Council (PIC) to profile Operations work in the Ontario Public Service. Changing Your Game – Careers in OPS Operations will showcase occupational diversity across the province and the value of Operations experience in building your career path in the OPS from the perspectives of Deputy Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers and Directors.

Whether you are currently in or have always wondered what it would be like to work in Operations, register to attend this innovative and interactive event.

An inspiring Deputy Minister keynote on Operations contributions to ministry priorities will kick off the session, followed by insights from a panel of ADMs highlighting their personal career journeys and noteworthy, exciting transformations in Operations that they’ve been involved with. Ministry exhibits and speed networking tables will provide an opportunity for attendees to interact and network with Operations Directors to learn about their branch focus and opportunities, and career paths in Operations.

This FREE half-day event is open to managers and aspiring managers in the OPS who are interested in Operations roles and opportunities.

Doors will open at 8:30 am
