1:00 PM to 1:45 PM: "Jay for a Day", a candid unscripted "fireside chat" with Jay McBain of Forrester by Julian Lee of eChannelNEWS. We will start by exploring the latest research data that is currently driving the channel and MSPs. Then we dig into the "do's, don'ts and the why". We discuss best growth opportunities and what to expect in Q4 and 2021. If you could have Jay for a day to advise you on what to do with your MSP business, what do you ask? Bring your biggest questions!

When channel partners fail to protect themselves from being hacked, it can literally spell bankruptcy for them and their clients! At the very least, it will cost a fortune to correct in time, money and reputation! 3. Wanna sell your MSP or VAR business during these difficult times? It may not be as difficult as you think. Expectations may need to be realigned, but once you know what is required, you can find a home for your business and cash out. Sometimes you may be able to merge with others to become bigger, better and stronger. Erez Zevulunov runs a fast growing MSP business and he is always on the hunt for new acquisitions. 8. Leverage local news media outlets to promote your business. Most MSPs do not have a public relations play and never use local news media. Many barely use social media effectively. Leveraging news media is a very powerful and cost-effective way to promote your business. It's not easy to do but it is not rocket science either. It's something that you can easily learn to do and improve over time. Paolo Del Nibletto will show you how you can build and execute an effective strategy to leverage your local news media outlets to promote your business and brand.

3:45 PM 5:00 PM: Virtual Table Top Expo and freestyle Networking


• How can I access the event? You will be sent the access codes 2 days prior the event.

• Which platform will you be using? ChannelNext Virtual 2020 will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform. For the networking session in the Table Top EXPO we will be using the Remo platform.

• Do I need to use my computer? If you don’t have access to a computer you can use your Android or Apple Smartphone by installing the appropriate app found on this page: . However, you must have access to your computer for the Table Top EXPO (part II of the event) as you communicate withing small groups face-to-face.

• When do I get detailed information about workshops? You can check the ChannelNEXT website for updates. You will also get the detailed virtual event guide, with presenters, bios and detailed content two days prior the conference.

• How can I choose the workshops? We will switch attendees to the different vendor rooms. We will also ask you in advance for your favourite choices.

• Will I be on camera too, or only the presenters? This is entirely up to you, if you want to be seen or not. Just turn on or off your camera. (For the networking session camera and microphone access is highly recommended, as you will communicate within small groups)

• Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? In case you cannot attend you need to cancel your registration on this website and register the new person.  

• Will the sessions be recorded? Workshops and keynotes will be recorded and sent to all registered attendees.
