During this two hour class you’ll discover unique flavours and textures of artisanal Ontario cheeses, explore how to mix and match to create the perfect array, learn practical cutting methods, and get tips for arranging them on your board. A step-by-step demonstration will guide you through the process and give you the skills you need to turn any cheese into a work of art. Plus - you get to take home your cheese display on your very own board!
