Your Chef: Glenys Morgan
Learn tonight to impress everyone, with tasty vegan dishes and learn how to make cheesy flavors from plants!
On the menu tonight:
. Flatbread with Herbs, Blistered Tomatoes and “Mozza” – with homemade vegan mozzarella demonstrated in class! Served with arugula, fresh torn herbs and chile paste as a base
. Butternut Squash and Apple Soup with Ginger and Sage - Comforting soup for the cold nights
. Grilled Romaine with Vegan Green Goddess dressing - with recipes for making vegan buttermilk and parmesan!
. Taquitos with Mango Salsa and “Nacho” Cheese – Finally a cheesy Mexican dish that can be enjoyed by all! With recipe for nacho cheese, served with corn tortillas
. Chocolate Mousse Cake – Proof that vegan desserts can be absolute bomb!
$99+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
