Molotov Cuisine, founded by Fiona Genevieve Lewis, is based on a passion for cooking with local ingredients and a fascination with fermentation. With fermentation you can capture the flavours of spring and summer to keep with you for the future dreary winter days. We strive to work hand in hand with Nova Scotian farmers; check out our feed for features and interviews on local farmers we source our bountiful produce from. We also actively try to find new ways to be as sustainably conscious as possible in our work as well as combating food waste.
Check out this conversation about fermentation and food waste, featuring Fiona Genevieve and Dawn McSweeney of ForgetTheBox.
FEATURING:
Darragh Mondoux is thrilled to be your Mistress of Ceremonies for this sumptuous evening. She's no stranger to the mic, with credits from Comedyworks, LadyFest, Queer Comedy Allstars, and the Artloft, though she also moonlights on the Montreal and Toronto burlesque scenes as Votre Dame. You may have also seen her act in Live Action Theatre Project's recent production of Meet Me, Tableau d'Hote Theatre's En Pointe series, and in Repercussion Theatre's Shakespeare in the Park.
Lea Keeley is a singer/songwriter raised in Stratford, Ontario, and has been based in Montreal for 13 years. Influenced by artists like Janis Joplin, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, & Lauryn Hill, her sound uniquely blends R&B, folk, and soul music. Keeley is a powerhouse vocalist and multi-talented musician whose songs are empowering and honest; touching on the struggles of mental health, addiction, self-love, connection, and the profound power of Mother Nature. In 2019 she released her first album “Golden” and is currently working on her next album. Beyond her own music, Keeley has helped build safe spaces in the community for emerging artists by founding and curating her own open mic nights in parc Jeanne-Mance, as well as her own open mic Tuesdays at Turbo Haüs. Keeley has proved herself to be a driving force in the music scene, helping heal others through her music.
KOLA

Mina Minou (she/her) is an Iranian-American powerhouse in the fields of visual art, storytelling, burlesque, and the spaces between. A product of the infamous New York City world of back of the bar burlesque and drag, Mina is currently working out of Montreal, city of Sin and Saints. Mina’s been using her background as a mutidisciplinary artist to delight audiences across North America for the past seven years, pulling from her dizzyingly diverse range of original characters. This kitten delights as a slime-oozing flower or a sentient volcano diorama, a clown with clinical depression or a flirtatious ice cream man. Mina casts spells with her movements that leave her audience enchanted: witness the surreal fairytale, come to life!
