Prepare your palate! Guest Chef Poyan Danesh of Ocean Mama Seafood, will create a unique gastronomic dinning experience celebrating the Gold Medal plates of Culinary Team Canada. Chef Danesh will prepare these plates with the help of Vancouver Community College's International Culinary Arts students.
