Description
Join several of London’s culinary innovators as they come together in the Growing Chefs! Ontario kitchen and create a meal showcasing various grains grown in a rotation to improve our regions soil quality.
This dinner is being held in celebration of the heritage grain festival ‘Regenerate’ which celebrates the use of heritage grains.
We are thrilled to announce the five talented chefs featured at our event this year:
Course 1 - Richard Placzek of The Whole Grain Hearth
Course 2 - Tim Drew of Los Lobos
Course 3 - Kyle Fee of Old East Village Catering/Fanshawe
Course 4 - Justin Wolfe of Wolfe of Wortley
Course 5 - Chandany Chen of Abruzzi
Tickets are $80pp (what a steal!), and there will be a cash bar at the event (cash or credit cards; no debit available). Local beer pairing for the meal will be from London Brewing Co-op.
Doors will open at 5:30pm; Dinner service to begin at 6pm. Group seating for this event.
Regarding accessibility, our washrooms are located on the second floor, accessed via a stairwell.
