FAQs:
Can my family share one ticket?
Just like for our "in person" class, each participant requires their own ticket. The ticket price is not per couple/family, even if you will be sharing a computer.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All attendees require their own ticket. Children must be over the age of 10 and able to remain focused for the duration of the session without interruptions.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds are available.
Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
The name on the ticket must match that of the attendee in order to receive a certificate of participation, which is required for applying for an urban hen license from the City of Edmonton. If somebody else purchased a ticket on your behalf, please contact us to make arrangements for your certificate.
