While rooted in tradition, the band brings a new and youthful perspective into the Canadian folk scene. Following those who paved their own path by creating an intense, beautiful and immensely creative experience. Boasting over 250,000 listeners worldwide and 750,000 streams across online platforms, Children of Indigo have proven themselves to be outstanding songwriters who share their music with those who have a love for meaningful, honest and thought provoking songs.

Along with Julia Finnegan's unique sound, she has an incredible gift as a lyricist. Her songs are well-crafted, poignant and clever with melodies that are both captivating and memorable. Her first EP Thoughts Collide received radio play across the region, and coast to coast across Canada on CBC Radio. She is currently recording her first full-length album.

Mike Young With a life spent back and forth between Ottawa and Kingston, Ontario, Mike Young communicates his heart through music. A truly honest storyteller, Young creates an intimate and warm listening experience. With his deep and calming vocal tone, coupled with melodic acoustic strumming, light harmonies, and simple rhythms, Young recreates the very relaxing ambiance that can only be described by the feeling of a warm and loving embrace. His poetic lyrics are truthful and emotive, using personal experiences to reach everyone in his audience. His music draws on a sweet lulling voice, and an acoustic guitar that envelopes the narrative in warmth and grace, producing an essential folky sound that suspends itself in the moment.

His debut EP ‘The Lofts,’ speaks of a bittersweet love that is genuine and whole, producing a collective of the simple yearning for true affection.
