Tuesday May 4th 12:30 – 1:30 pm Parent Caregiver Hub Session

Sleep – we all know how important it is. But in the hustle and bustle of life, it is all too easy for sleep to get pushed to the back burner. When we’re fatigued, it’s harder to be present and attuned to the world around us, to our work, and to our children. Good sleep supports our systems in many ways, contributing to both physical and mental wellbeing. Join Central Community Health Centre in the Hub for an interactive session about healthy sleep habits and learn how small tweaks to your daily routine can help set you up for the kind of quality rest you’ve been missing.
