Description

If your anxiety is stressing you out, and getting in the way of school and life, then this weekly group is for you! During this six-week program you will learn how to manage your own anxiety/stress, with new topics explored each week. (Registration is mandatory and attendance at each session is expected.) This workshop is eligible for a Co-Curricular Record credit.
