Description

Chill Skills is a set of 6 mindfulness classes for youth 11-13. The classes are focused on mindfulness practices in a way which allows youth to practice and develop skills to help deal with the many stresses that they face. The classes also focus on developing self confidence through affirmations and positive thought. The activities are fun, engaging and useful.
