Description
In celebration of the Chinese New Year on January 31st, 2014, Raw Bar by Duncan Ly is hosting a collaboration dinner featuring its very own Chef Duncan Ly and guest Chef Roy Oh of Anju Restaurant.
Included in your ticket is a custom 4 course modern Asian menu designed by the chef duo, complimentary cocktail designed by our uber talented mixologists, and a red envelope for good fortune.

First Course
Beef Oxtail Consommé
oxtail tortellini, green onion, rice cake
Second Course (shared appetizers served family style)
Cinnamon Smoked Duck Leg Croquette
orange star anise aioli
East Vs. West Beef Tartar
traditional beef tartar, graufrette potatoes Vs. soya and sesame beef tartar, Asian pear
Chinese Spiced BBQ Pork, Squid and Papaya Salad

Please ensure that you bring a printed or digital copy of your ticket to the event.
We understand that plans can change so full refunds of tickets will be issued until 5pm MST, January 29th, 2013.
