Join us this evening in welcoming Michèle Bowman, owner of Sweetness Chocolates, a local baker turned craft chocolate maker. This fabulous and dynamic woman specializes in small batch, bean to bar chocolate here in Windsor, specializing in chocolate filled with flavours and inclusions.

During this 2hr workshop you will be working with ganaches to make an assortment of rolled truffles. Not only will this be a hands on class, full of sampling along the way, you will get to take home about 12 truffles and all recipes. We suggest that you bring an apron and please arrive at the class 15 min early so we can start on time.
