How long is the show?

The show runs approximately 70 minutes and includes audience participation! You'll have opportunities to stand and sing along, enjoy engaging storytelling, and share in inspiring moments of celebration together. Kids receive age-specific activity packs to keep them entertained the whole way through.

What time should we arrive?

We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to enjoy complimentary drinks in the lobby, get your free professional family photo at our Christmas photo booth, and get settled before the show begins.

Yes! This is a family-friendly event and we provide kids activity packages to help keep little ones entertained during the performance.

Is there parking available?

The best option is Parking Lot G.  From Fifth Street, turn into entrance 5D.  Lot G  is an Employee lot that is available for guest parking after 5pm. The cost is $2.50 / 2 hrs. You'll be met by greeters directing you towards the theatre.

How do I get my free family photo?

Our Christmas photo booth will be set up in the lobby before the show with professional photographers. Simply stop by anytime before or after your showtime, and our team will take your family photo! We'll direct you to a link to download your photo once they've been edited and posted.

Can I choose my seats?

Yes, seating is General Admission. And great news! There are no bad seats at Malaspina Theatre!

What if I can't make it - can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, please only reserve the seats you know you'll need and please cancel your reservation if your plans change so we can make those seats available to others.
