About this event
If you love to sing the old favourites like Once in Royal David's City and O Come All Ye Faithful, this annual event (after 3 years of Covid cancellations) is a great way to kick off your Christmas season. Peter Butterfield conducts the choir, and you, the audience, accompanied by one of our favourite collaborators, Michael Molnar, on organ and piano.
Our sopranos are warming up their soaring descants and the choir is also preparing some other short works for the audience to enjoy, including the Sanctus from Bach's B minor Mass.
Please dress in layers as we may have some ventilation from windows, and please consider wearing a mask, as distancing is difficult in this setting. Thanks for your help!
Please note that children's tickets are only available for the 5 pm performance. The 7.30 is for ages 13 and up.
