Do YOU Have What It Takes to win the Industry Rooms first annual Christmas cocktail challenge?

The competition invites participants to create a cocktail that reflects the illustrious spirit of Christmas . In the spirit of a White Christmas, the competition will take place on Monday December 2nd from 7-11 pm 2019 at The Industry Room with local judges. Winners being announced at 11 pm. participants will be judged onappearance, originally and taste.

All ticket sales will be donated to Huron Bruce search and rescue so come out to support your local bartenders.

1) Each recipe must utilize at least 2 ingredients from the list of participating products. Cherries, cranberries pineapple, apples , strawberries, raspberries and Haskap berries

2) Cocktail can be served in any vessel

3) All recipes must include a base spirit, a carbonated mixer, and a garnish.

4) Entry must be in the form of a photo and/or 90-120 second video highlighting creativity, style of service, and hospitality (“hospitality is the best garnish for any cocktail”).

5) The base/featured spirit MUST come from the list of any locally distilled beer, wine or spirits.

6) Bartenders can layer and split spirits as they see fit. This is for the home bartender also.

7) No more than 5 ingredients (including garnish) per recipe.

8) Homemade ingredients are welcomed but must be easily replicable.
