Looking for Vendors for a Christmas Market at Marda Loop Community Hall
Before you register as a vendor. Please be adviced that there is a $40 Cancellation fee if you are to cancel.
If you are to cancel 30 days before the event the whole amount will not be refunded.
Date of the even is subject to change but will stay at the month of November on a Saturday.
Whatever business you have as long as you are a home-based business. (Direct Sales, Crafters, Cleaning Services, Repairs, Bakers, Caterers, Food Vendors, Etc...)
What is the registration fee used for?
Paper Advertising (flyers, posters, invitations)
Drink and Snacks during vendor setup
Door Prizes Grand Prizes
Need to knows:
Only one vendor for Direct Sales company is allowed.
There is a $40 cancellation fee per table for cancellations received no later than 30 days before the event.
If a vendor cancels within the 30 days of the event the entire registration fee is not refundable.
The Organizers of this event are not responsible for the loss, damage and theft of any items displayed, or any injury before and during the setup, operation, and tear-down of the Christmas Market 2016
