This workshops will look to create a relaxing environment where your imagination and creativity will be given space to thrive while you create a fun piece. Working with clay is a relaxing and meditative activity. This class is perfect for you if you want to escape from every day stresses by feeling the cool smooth texture of clay through your fingers.

Our instructor will guide you step by step through the basic techniques of slab building/coiling your own decorative tree. You will then be shown different techniques on how to paint it.

Your work will be fired and will be ready for collection within two weeks of the session.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of clay.

The price of the workshop is $30 per person and includes all materials needed to make the set project, tools and firing. Aprons will be provided upon request (limited quantity available) but it is advised that participants wear clothes they are happy to get a little clay on.
