Your Trainer

Dele earned a doctorate in mechanical engineering from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. His career as a professional engineer has spanned three decades in a variety of industries. This has resulted in a well-rounded approach to life, which he uses in his role as business coach. Dele’s transition from Engineering to business coaching has been largely driven by a strong desire to see business professionals achieve their business dreams while enjoying a life that is rich with relationships and personal fulfillment.

A public speaker and instructor, Dele enjoys volunteering as a way of giving back to his community. He was a volunteer instructor with the Alberta Board Development Program, training Board members of Charitable organizations on effective governance.

Dele and his wife Moji have been married for almost 30 years and are blessed with four wonderful children. He loves hiking, travel and spending time with his family. He also enjoys running and has completed 7 full marathon races.
