What You Can Expect from The Spring 2017 Clothing Swap Pop-up Shop
YASSSSSS GIRLLLL!!! Cleaning out your closet will be FUN, EXCITING and REWARDING! This event will give you the opportunity to be a part of the S.W.A.P (Savvy Women Avoiding Purchase) Team.
We are taking Brunch to another level! The event will include Catered Brunch, Open Mimosa Bar and over $1,000 in RAFFLE PRIZES. Your chance to Swap clothes, sip mimosas and enter the raffle for a chance to win a makeover with a Professional Hair and Make-up Artist.
*****THE FIRST 20 PARTICIPANTS THAT PAY AND DROP OFF CLOTHING WILL HAVE PREMIER ACCESS TO ALL THE INVENTORY AND RECEIVE TRIPLE RAFFLE TICKETS*****
What to expect?
This event is created to hold space for YOU whether you are experiencing some changes, need a push to take it to the edge or simply renew your wardrobe with the help of a Personal Stylist who will be onsite giving tips. You don’t want to miss her presence as she is Stylish, Classy and Incredibly Creative when it comes to fashion.
The “Clothing Swap Pop-up Shop” Event will be gifting http://ithriveworldwide.org 15% of your participation fee to help build iThrive’s educational platform. Check out this woman-owned Non-Profit organization paving the way to give foster children the appropriate resources for a higher quality of life.
What is included?
Raffle Prizes Every 30 Minutes totaling more than $1,000 (Arrive on time)
Hair and Make-up Artist (One Lucky Women Will Win a Makeover)
Personal Stylist helping you select the best outfits or encouraging you to try something new
Catered Brunch (Plant-Based/Vegetarian)
Energy Cleansing Ceremony to clear any negative energy trapped on the clothes or to help make space for new women obtaining the clothes to begin embracing a new beginning.
Boutique Style Set Up with clothing racks, all clothes will be steamed, tagged and hung up to experience a new way of shopping in a minimalistic way without having to spend money on new clothing.
15% Donation towards Non-Profit iThrive organization to begin building their educational platform. We will contribute towards building and teaching young foster children, and as they grow into young adults they will have all the skills they need to be successful.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Metro accessible Silver Spring Station on the Red Line. There is street parking and a few parking garage options.

What happens to unaccepted items?
Items that do not meet the quality standards will be available for pick up the day of the event or an onsite Goodwill employee will make the donation the following day.
