The film, The Grizzlies, is about the determination and resilience of a group of Inuit youth in a small Arctic Community.

About this Event

CMHA Edmonton and Centre for Suicide Prevention are co-hosting: THE GRIZZLIES. In a small Arctic town struggling with the highest suicide rate in North America, a group of Inuit students' lives are transformed when they are introduced to the sport of lacrosse. Following the screening, there will be a facilitated discussion led by Dr. Ed Connors.
