Event description
Could finding a down payment partner get you the home you want now?

About this Event

For many Canadians, owning a home is an important goal and milestone. But even with a good job and solid income, saving up the down payment for the home you want, in the neighbourhood you want, can seem impossible. As a result, new solutions like co-buying and co-ownership have started to become real considerations for those that aren’t ready to give up their goal of home ownership just yet.

Join us for a casual evening of food, drinks, and conversation around home buying in the GTHA. We’ll discuss a number of new, creative ideas that have emerged to solve the down payment challenge - including one we’re working on at Neighbourhood Capital. Industry experts will share their knowledge and experience, giving you the opportunity to chat with them and explore some new home buying options.

This event is for you if you:

  • Are currently renting but looking to buy a home
  • Are interested in new, alternative financing options
  • Are considering co-buying a home, but ideally want to live in a home on your own
  • Are interested in the latest innovations in home financing products and services
  • Are interested in hearing from some industry experts on the state of the housing marketing from a home buyer’s perspective

Speakers:

Norm Tasevski, President of Neighbourhood Capital

Olga Donchenko, Sales Representative, RE/MAX Realtron Barry Cohen Homes Inc., Brokerage

*Speakers will begin at 6pm

Space is limited to 25 participants. Register today to save your spot!
