How do you support your team to develop as individuals and as a team? How do you create an environment where your people feel supported to adapt to changing circumstance and navigate challenges? If you are committed to helping your people develop, thrive and succeed, learning how to take a coach-approach to your conversations is a simple way to bring your commitment to life.

In this practical two-day workshop, participants will experience the power of a coach-approach in conversations and in organizations.  All learners will coach and be coached several times during the workshop. To get the most out of this workshop, learners are invited to bring five personal topics or challenges that are impacting your work with your teams or with others in your workplace, and to arrive willing to explore these in coaching conversations with others in the workshop.

United Way’s Learning Centre is delighted to partner with Irene Friesen-Hughes to bring you Coaching for Leaders: Mindset, Skills & Practice. Join Irene Friesen-Hughes at United Way’s Learning Centre on Monday, September 30, 2019 and Tuesday, October 1, 2019 for this two day workshop beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. each day.
