CoachingOurselves invites you to participate in developing the future of management and leadership development during the CoachingOurselves community of practice "Christmas breakfast session" (on Monday December 5th)
This is an opportunity to work with Phil LeNir and other experienced CoachingOurselves practitioners, learning how CoachingOurselves peer-coaching groups can change the practice of management in your organization or your clients’ organization.
The 90 minute breakfast session will be run in the CoachingOurselves style, with lots of small-group dialog, supported by Phil and the experienced CoachingOurselves practitioners. The event includes continental breakfast and coffee.

7:15 - 8:00 Continental breakfast and networking
8:00 - 9:15 Learning from each other: Friendly Consulting:This is the best way to deep-dive into CoachingOurselves, the extensive CoachingOurselves module catalog of over 80 modules, and learn from the experiences of other CoachingOurselves practitioners.
In the friendly consulting format, experienced CoachingOurselves practitioners host table groups during 12 minute discussions, sharing their experiences using CoachingOurselves or co-creating a CoachingOurselves solution to a participants organizational challenge.
9:15 - 9:30 Wrap up
