About this Event

The rise of Python can be connected to the rise of interest in data science, two of the biggest trends in tech in 2019.

Python is a server side, open source, non compiled, scripting language. In addition to Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence - Python is used for Web Design, Video Game Development, Desktop GUI's and Software Development. It's also one of the official programming languages at Google among other internet giants.

In this workshop, we’ll go over some fundamentals principles, to give you a look into how Python works. You'll also learn how to use a popular online editing tool, pythonanywhere.com, a python cloud development environment.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is designed for complete beginners that have some familiarity with HTML and CSS or another programming language (strongly recommended).

What to bring:

-Wifi enabled laptop

-Optional: external mouse, notebook
