This session : Coding without Computers

The Applied Design, Skills and Technologies (ADST) curriculum is built on the model of integrating the applied design process and computational thinking into other subject areas. This workshop will allow teachers to engage in a variety of hands-on off-screen activities that apply coding strategies, which will provide a foundational understanding for both you and your students. This workshop targets K to 9 educators, but anyone working with K to 12 students is welcome to participate.

**Please note, we will require a minimum number of participants to run these workshops. Sessions will be cancelled the day before the event if there are not enough registrations. If a workshop fills up, participants that are on a waitlist will be alerted the day prior to the event of any openings.

Please note : This session is based on Science World’s professional development offerings for teachers. Contact us if you’re interested in Science World delivering a particular session for staff at your school. https://www.scienceworld.ca/pro-d
