Description

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) aims to help individuals to uncover and alter distortions of thought or perception in-order to change their behaviour and emotional state. The objective of CBT is to teach individuals the building blocks of self-help recovery. The Cognitive behavior therapy workshop offered during the span of 4 weeks. Current dates included in the 4 week span include, January 22, 29 & February 5, 12.
