Description

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) aims to help individuals to uncover and alter distortions of thought or perception in-order to change their behaviour and emotional state. The objective of CBT is to teach individuals the building blocks of self-help recovery. The Cognitive behavior therapy workshop offered during the span of 4 weeks. Current dates included in the 4 week span include, May 7, 14, 22, 28.

Please note this group is for participants ages 16 and up.
