Spending the last six years between Victoria and London, England, Emily has established herself as a stellar comedian. Emily is known for silly confessional storytelling, crowd work and hosting. She’s not afraid of being dirty and honest; always leaving the audience feeling empowered and excited!

Emily is featured this year on the Just For Laughs Originals album and she runs her own regularly sold out variety show showcasing drag, burlesque, music, and comedy acts called Frantic Friday.

Carilynn Nicholson - Carilynn started her comedy career in Toronto and is now an enthusiastic member of the Island’s comedy scene. A real face-talker, Carilynn has lost jobs with that expressive face! Her take on life’s absurdities and struggles is often delightfully twisted, sometimes clever, and always fun! She’s been on CBC Radio, the Comedy Network and APTN, and is pleased to be part of this great line-up!

Mary Wisforden - Sweet, sticky, thick, and pretty. Born and raised in the Comox Valley, Mary Wisforden works within the local agriculture industry to help bring sustainability and fresh produce to the valley. A tree planter turned farmer turned stand-up comedian, island local Mary is bringing you feral Housewife crossed with deadly Auntie vibes. Mary has performed in shows up and down the island as a new up and coming comedian. Mary brings a new take on race, relationships, and navigating your early thirties in this pre-apocalyptic world we call home.

Scarlet Chen - Scarlet Chen, a screenwriter and director from China, moved to Canada 3 years ago. She made her way into stand up by accident. But having opened the pandora’s box she has released something unusual in her inner self, and become a tiny force in the island comedy scene.

Patti Savard - Confident, sassy and queer...would be her Tinder profile tag if she wasn't pleasantly married with children. Patti attempts at normalizing her life on stage for your amusement.

Pam Stiles (Host) - Pam has been honing her comedy chops for 3 years after taking a comedy workshop in Victoria and realizing that she would much rather do this than any real work. Fortunately, being born in England to a pair of Indian immigrants serves to provide a lot of workable material! Pam started Holy Cow! Comedy Co. to bring regular comedy to our beautiful Cowichan Valley.
