Hands-on workshop led by Robin's Nest Family Care Doula Dara and Naturopathic Doctor Janine on natural comfort measures in labour. Learn and practice:

• Physical comfort measures such as rebozo technique and hip pressure
• Acupressure points which can support baby positioning, cervical dilation, and decrease pain
• Positions and movement to encourage progression
• Meditation scripts to release fears, regulate breathing, and relax the body

REFUND POLICY: While we understand that life events come up (and babies have their own agendas!), we do not refund tickets within 48 hours of the event as we need adequate time to fill the seats. If you do end up missing the workshop, we are always happy to schedule a 15 minute meet and greet where we provide your resource package and briefly walk through what we cover within the class. We are also happy to put your registration money towards a private session with one of our facilitators.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If we do not have 4 registrants by the Sunday before the workshop we will cancel the class with a full refund. This is typically not an issue as the class usually sells out all 8 registration spots.
