‘CLI: Command Line ‘In Your Face”

This is a CLI workshop where you will learn about command line and it's use with SUSE & Azure.


Command line has long been the staple of IT Pro and Developers. This spring we will bring the 'Command Line Interface’ SIG back to life. We have had requests for events on - Beginner and Advanced PowerShell, GIT, Bash for Windows, Linux, WP-CLI - for Word Press Developers. We hope to offer several 'Command Line 'In Your Face" events focused on learning CLI Tools.

March 24th we have Sean Rickerd showing us SuSE in AZURE Cloud.

Sean Rickerd has been a Sales Engineer for SUSE since 2013, operating primarily in Eastern Canada. A Linux user since his teen years, he focused his career in the field of infrastructure, architecture, and security of Linux environments. Since joining SUSE, he has spoken and given technical presentations and demos to governments, corporate clients, and at large industry events including SAP TechEd && D-code in Las Vegas, SUSEcon in Orlando and Amsterdam, and iTech in Toronto, and the Salon du Logiciel Libre du Québec in Québec City. Sean is now responsible for the whole of Canada
