Communication and Collaboration for RECE’s

Recognizing the importance of developing open, responsive and respectful relationships with families and colleagues, the College of ECE has developed a Practice Guideline on Communication and Collaboration. This resource is designed to help us reflect on and strengthen our approaches to communication and collaboration.

In four, monthly sessions we will explore:

• the importance of communication and collaboration,

• communication and collaboration with families,

• communication and collaboration with colleagues,

• communication and collaboration with community partners.

We will also take time to explore the many resources the College of ECE website offers RECE’s to support our work with children and families and CPL requirements.
