Event Information
About this Event
Recognizing the essential nature of the Eucharist, the source and summit of our spiritual strength as Christians.
In the current lockdown restrictions we are able to continue with the Communion Services. More so than ever we need to strictly follow all protocols in respect to our religious services. We are very limited, with no more than 10 people allowed.
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU MUST register for the Holy Communion Service - no walk-ins! You must be on time as the services will begin on time. We will not wait to begin if you are late.
We are LIMITED to 10 people including clergy and a greeter. Masks are MANDATORY . You will enter through the Yonge Street doors ONLY. Exit will be via the side doors near the altar ONLY. There is no seating. It will be approximately a 10 minute service with Communion. We ask that you exit the church when the service is done. Please cooperate with the greeter and abide by the guidelines set up by the Cardinal and the province of Ontario.
Services will begin at 4:00 pm on Saturdays. There will be a service every 20 minutes with the last one beginning at 6:40 pm. On Sundays services will being at 9:00 am, every 20 minutes with the last one at 12:00 pm. Doors will open 5 minutes before each scheduled service.
Please do not register if you are not going to come. we are VERY limited on space and if you register and do not show up your fellow parishioners will not have an opportunity to come. Also, if you are a family of 4 and you only register for 2 ONLY 2 will get in.
IF YOU REGISTER FOR MORE THAN 1 COMMUNION SERVICE DATE AND TIME THE 2ND REGISTRATION ONWARD WILL BE CANCELLED. We do this because space is limited and multiple registrations take away the opportunity from your fellow parishioners to also participate
NOTE: these times, details and possible cancellations are all subject to any updates/further guidelines from the Premier's Office and/or the Cardinal.
