Description

On November 23, join us to meet some of Waterloo Region's most promising startups. This time around, we've joined forces with the Canadian Innovation Exchange. You'll hear from Communitech Rev graduating companies with established repeatable, scalable sales processes and realistic sights set on achieving $25M ARR. You'll also hear from top female entrepreneurs from Communitech's first cohort of the new Fierce Founders Accelerator.

Rev Companies will pitch to a panel of expert judges for chance to take home up to $100K. While the judges deliberate, you’ll hear from the Kevin Forestell, CEO of Dozr and reigning Demo Day champ as he sits down with Dave Kruis of FairVentures to chat about their recent $2.5 million equity funding deal.

Organized by

Communitech was founded in 1997 by a group of entrepreneurs who joined forces to help each other build successful companies. They saw the need for a community to help ensure the future prosperity of Canada, and Communitech was born.

Today, we are Canada’s tech supercharger. Still guided by a mission to help founders start, grow and succeed, we are a supportive community at every stage of the founder journey. We provide accelerated opportunities for startups, scale-ups and at-scale companies to access talent, capital and sales.

We help founders:

  • hire and retain the smartest, brightest and most experienced team
  • access growth financing at every stage
  • sell to the biggest customers at home, and then around the world
  • connect the right people at the right time – peers who have been there before, coaches who can guide them through the difficult spots and partners from all over Canada

Parking:

Limited parking is available for up to two hours in the Tannery visitor lot, located at Charles and Victoria St. on a first-come, first-served basis . If the visitor lot is full, or if you plan to be on site for longer than 2 hours, please refer to this map of City of Kitchener on-street and parking lot options.
