About this event
We want to create a space to build community, for people to be seen, to feel less alone in what they’re dealing with, to learn more about themselves, to relate to others and get comfortable in our humanness together. Let's walk together as we integrate the many parts of ourselves and our experience – appreciating the mind, heart, body connection. We hold the framework and work to maintain a safe space; you will see yourself and gain from the experience something unique to you, we aren’t here to tell you how to live better, how you should act or feel, it's a space for you to be yourself. Be together, be curious, be happy, sad, hurt, angry and lost.
In this safe space, we engage in discussion, a collective mindfulness practice, learn and practice new techniques to regulate, process and integrate what it means to be human in our world. Whether it's losing our sense of self or isolation from others, the last few years have challenged us in ways we would have never expected. Looking for a space to share your experience, to be seen, to hear from others who may be dealing with similar feelings and challenges? You are not alone in this world, let's face the anxieties of being human together while we build the community we've been searching for, create meaning, and feel a sense of peace and purpose. This is a safe space; come as you are. We are committed to diversity and inclusion, operating from an existential-humanistic and anti-oppression framework.
