We drum for Peace. We drum for Health. We drum for Wellbeing. Drumming Circle is also a wonderful stress release opportunity.Drum Circles offer: ~ A Sense of Belonging ~ Social &amp; Cultural Change ~ Mental &amp; Physical Health ~ A Sense of Accomplishment ~ Effective Stress Relief We follow Integrated Community Drum Circle (ICDC) philosophy and Circles are led by trauined Facilitators.No experience needed at all - you will enjoy this if you have never touched a musical instrument before in your Life!Drums are provided, or bring your own. We also have a variety of other fun percussion instruments on offer to "spice-up" the Circle.Everyone is welcome! All voices matter in a Community Drumming Circle. Bring your own!
