Community Drumming Circle

Join us to release stress, create fun rhythms and build community through drumming.

We drum for Joy. We drum for Peace. We drum for Health. We drum for Wellbeing. Drumming Circle is also a wonderful stress release opportunity.

Drum Circles offer: ~ A Sense of Belonging ~ Social & Cultural Change ~ Mental & Physical Health ~ A Sense of Accomplishment ~ Effective Stress Relief

We follow Integrated Community Drum Circle (ICDC) philosophy and Circles are led by trauined Facilitators.

No experience needed at all - you will enjoy this if you have never touched a musical instrument before in your Life!

Drums are provided, or bring your own. We also have a variety of other fun percussion instruments on offer to "spice-up" the Circle.

Everyone is welcome! All voices matter in a Community Drumming Circle. Bring your own!
