Amal Unite & Empower has teamed up with The Cross Sea Academy of Movement Education to offer this unique opportunity to care for your body and unwind after your day.

What is Pilates? Pilates is a full-body physical fitness system originally created in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. You can expect simple yet challenging movements to improve core strength, mobility, posture, and stability. It focuses on simple, intentional movements that support both physical and mental wellness.
