Community Yoga Flow at Halifax Central Library

Join us for an all-levels yoga class in the beautiful Halifax Central Library. You will be guided through an energizing vinyasa practice that promotes body awareness and mindfullness. Create space in your life to connect to your breath, improve your balance, and strengthen your body. Please bring a mat.
